D40 casement system is based on the simple concept of double rebate gasket with profiles of small dimensions aesthetically lighter.

 

D40 casement system enables the construction of various types of windows and doors

Fixed window, side hiing window, top hung window.

• Louver solution: fixed lovers within fixed or opening shutters.

• Doors: 1 or 2 sash door, opening inside/outside, 1 or 2 sash swing door, opening both side.

• Windows with outside/inside opening shutters, hung from any side of the frame.

FEATURES

• 45 degree joints specially secured by captive die cast cleats which provide excellent rigidity to corner joints.

• Infill glass can be single or double glazed (thickness can vary from 5 to 26 mm).

• Wide range of aluminium provides to meet wind and live loads as per requirement for different projects.

• Multiple lock system prevents rattling sound at high wind 

• Excellent insulation and sound reduction.
